Free Intro Call
A 15-minute call to get to know each other and help me understand your goals, choosing a next step for your fertility awareness journey. No commitment necessary!
Coaching
We'll start with an assessment of your cycle, then I'm with you for 3 or 6 months, answering questions, working through concerns, and helping you reach your goals.
Classes
A monthly class over 3 months with a small group of other women, covering science-based fertility education and cycle charting together.
